Welcome to Royal Wedding Events. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Royal Wedding Events.
• "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or organization that purchases or uses our services.
• "Services" refers to all event services provided by Royal Wedding Events, including but not limited to 360° Photo Booth, Mini Dutch Pancakes, and Chocolate Fountain services.
• "Event" refers to the occasion for which our services are booked.
• "Website" refers to royalweddingevents.com and all associated domains.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and we have sent a confirmation email.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking fee is required to secure your date. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date. For bookings made less than 14 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and debit card.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations by the Customer:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: no refund.

Cancellations by the Company: In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund, including the deposit.

Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 14 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Service Delivery

Setup and Dismantling: We require access to the venue at least 1-2 hours before the start time for setup and 1 hour after the end time for dismantling. Please ensure that the venue allows this.

Space Requirements: You must provide adequate space for our equipment. Space requirements vary by service and will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Power Supply: You must provide a suitable power supply as specified in your booking confirmation.

Service Duration: Our services are provided for the duration specified in your booking. Additional time may be available at an extra cost, subject to prior arrangement.

Staff: Our staff will be present throughout the service duration to operate equipment and assist guests.

Liability and Insurance

Insurance: We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Certificates can be provided upon request.

Damage to Equipment: You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests through misuse, negligence, or vandalism.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our website content, brand, and marketing materials belong to Royal Wedding Events.

Photography and Videography: We reserve the right to take photographs and videos during events for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event.

Content License: By submitting testimonials, reviews, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for promotional purposes.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
